Natasha following the example of her older sister... :(

Today, Natasha was admitted to the hospital and now shares a room with her sister. Abigail will be there for probably another day, maybe two. Natasha has RSV and two lungs that are partially collapsed (same as what happened with her sister--so please don't panic). If she takes the same course as her sister she will probably be in the ICU after a day or two and spend a couple of days down there and then come back to the main floor (fingers crossed) and then spend 2-3 days there.

At least now Kim doesn't have to split her time between the house and the hospital, she can just hang out and eat hospital food. :) Natasha is miserable and Abigail is smiling, happy and is glad to be over the worst.

We just wanted to keep everyone updated through this blog b/c it would take too long to call everyone individually, although we would prefer the latter. Thank you all for your prayers and concern for the girls and us, it has helped to buoy us up.

A quote I heard while listening to Elder Maxwell's 'And all these things shall give thee experience' book on CD has helped us a great deal, he said "If trials were fair, then they would not really be trials". He also said, "For beautiful music to be played on a violin, the strings must be stretched tight." Our family and friends have been stretched; us by having these things given to us at this time, and on our extended family and our friends because on top of your regular lives you have helped out with having our kids stay at your house, picking up our kids from others' houses and driving them home or somewhere else, bringing meals to us, calling and asking how to help. We thank all of you and pray that the Lord will bless you for your prayers and service on our behalf--it has lightened our load and lifted our spirits!! We hope you all are doing well!
