Quick Update

Abigail was taken off "forced air" today. She is still receiving oxygen but she can breathe it herself without the air being forced in. Technically she should be out of the ICU and on the regular pediatrics floor, but they are all out of beds. In fact, they are overflowing. Lucky for us because she gets a lot more attention and 1 on 1 care from the nurses in the ICU. We were told that she would probably remain there until she is released from the hospital. I actually felt comfortable enough to leave the hospital for just the night as I don't think I can tolerate one more night on a recliner. Tomorrow we are taking the kids to see their sister. They are pretty excited.
